Summer 2015

Summer’s here and you have no idea how to make the most of it ?

Well, today is your lucky day! I’ve compiled a list of things you can do this summer that you can make memories that’ll last a life time with your family and friends.

1. Go to the beach

We all know the traditional way to spend the hot summer weather is by going to the beach. Well grab some of your closest friends and go to the beach. (Tip: Pack some snacks so you won’t have to spend money.) One way to make the day most memorable, pick a beach where it isn’t so crowded. Have yourself a little photoshoot to capture your memories. Polaroids cameras are the best for instant memories and traveling light.

2. Go to a Music Festival

This is self explanatory, who doesn’t love dancing and loose themselves to really good and loud music.

3.  Go on a road trip/ Camping

This is a great way to explore yours and nearest states. You can rent an RV or small van and visit your state most beautiful landscapes and lakes. You can then camp out over night. its is best to go with 2 to 3 friends who can aren’t afraid to survive and explore the wilderness. But trust me this a great experience of finding yourself and appreciating earth more than ever, and you gain great survival skills!

4. Watch the Meteor Showers

This a great thing to schedule during the road trip or if you just want to get away from the city lights.

Visit STARDATE for a convenient schedule and how to prepare for it:

What should I pack for meteor watching?

Treat meteor watching like you would the 4th of July fireworks. Pack comfortable chairs, bug spray, food and drinks, blankets, plus a red-filtered flashlight for reading maps and charts without ruining your night vision. Binoculars are not necessary. Your eyes will do just fine.

5. Go to an Art Museum

For the art fanatics, an art museum or art convention is the way to go. This way you can be inspired for your own work and meet people with the same interest as you!

-At the end of the day, whatever you do no matter if you spend it with family or friends, memories will always be made.
